Store Guide

Welcome to the TaxWisp Store Guide, designed to help Shopify stores effectively access and use the TaxWisp app for managing customer tax exemptions.

Before proceeding, please ensure TaxWisp has been properly configured and enabled on your store. If not, refer to the Installation Guide to complete the setup.

To better support your needs, we've created two separate store guides based on your TaxWisp subscription plan:

  • One for stores on the TaxWisp Basic Plan
  • One for stores on a TaxWisp Paid Plan

Each guide walks you through how to access and use TaxWisp from your Shopify admin, and provides a detailed overview of all available features based on your subscription plan. You'll learn how to perform essential tasks such as receiving and validating tax exemption requests, approving or rejecting submissions, revoking exemptions, and tracking the status of each request — all within the TaxWisp interface.

This is the store guide designed for Shopify stores on TaxWisp Basic Plan. Please refer to the Installation Guide if you have not configured and enabled TaxWisp already on your store. This guide will walk you through accessing and using the TaxWisp app from your Shopify admin portal, setting up the app, and handling tax exemption management for your store. App acitivities include receiving tax exemption requests from customers, validating these requests, approving or rejecting them, revoking exemptions, and tracking the status of tax exemption requests. Now it's time to use the app to manage your store's tax exemptions seamlessly.
